Cooling-Off Period: We offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of membership purchase. If you decide to cancel your membership within this period, you may be eligible for a full refund of your membership fee, provided that you have not used any membership benefits or privileges during this time.
Cancellation Process: To request a refund during the cooling-off period, you must submit a written cancellation request to our customer service team at support@cardfazzaebenefit.shop. Your request should include your full name, membership number, and the reason for cancellation.

Purchases made at partner establishments using your membership benefits are subject to the refund policies of those individual establishments. While we strive to partner with businesses that maintain high standards of customer service, we cannot guarantee or enforce their refund policies.
If you upgrade your membership to a higher tier, the additional fee paid is subject to the same refund policy as the original membership fee. If you downgrade your membership, the difference in fee may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the remaining membership period, subject to an administrative fee.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund that has been denied, you may submit a formal dispute in writing to our customer relations team at disputes@cardfazzaebenefit.shop. Please include all relevant details and any supporting documentation. We will review your case and respond within 15 business days.
