1. Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for membership fees and other charges associated with our privilege card program. We strive to maintain the highest standards of service excellence, inspired by the premium experiences available throughout the Emirates.

2. Membership Fee Refunds

Cooling-Off Period: We offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of membership purchase. If you decide to cancel your membership within this period, you may be eligible for a full refund of your membership fee, provided that you have not used any membership benefits or privileges during this time.

Cancellation Process: To request a refund during the cooling-off period, you must submit a written cancellation request to our customer service team at support@cardfazzaebenefit.shop. Your request should include your full name, membership number, and the reason for cancellation.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Membership fees are non-refundable in the following circumstances:

  • After the 14-day cooling-off period has expired
  • If you have utilized any membership benefits or privileges
  • If your membership has been terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions
  • If you have received any welcome gifts or promotional items as part of your membership

4. Partial Refunds

In certain exceptional circumstances, we may consider partial refunds for memberships canceled after the cooling-off period. These situations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may include:

  • Relocation outside the United Arab Emirates
  • Medical conditions that prevent you from using your membership
  • Significant changes to our service offerings that materially affect the value of your membership

Supporting documentation may be required for partial refund requests. Any partial refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of your membership, less an administrative fee.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Full refunds during the cooling-off period will typically be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Partial refunds, if approved, may take up to 14 business days to process
  • Bank processing times may vary, and we have no control over when the refunded amount will appear in your account

6. Event and Experience Bookings

For exclusive events and experiences booked through our program:

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the event may be eligible for a full refund
  • Cancellations made between 24-72 hours before the event may receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund
  • Some special events may have their own specific cancellation policies, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking

7. Partner Services and Purchases

Purchases made at partner establishments using your membership benefits are subject to the refund policies of those individual establishments. While we strive to partner with businesses that maintain high standards of customer service, we cannot guarantee or enforce their refund policies.

8. Membership Upgrades and Downgrades

If you upgrade your membership to a higher tier, the additional fee paid is subject to the same refund policy as the original membership fee. If you downgrade your membership, the difference in fee may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the remaining membership period, subject to an administrative fee.

9. Disputes and Resolution

If you believe you are entitled to a refund that has been denied, you may submit a formal dispute in writing to our customer relations team at disputes@cardfazzaebenefit.shop. Please include all relevant details and any supporting documentation. We will review your case and respond within 15 business days.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
